The sweepstakes: From July 1, 2011, through March 31, 2012, J.F. Griffin Publishing, LLC through its eRegulation.com division, will promote, by means of advertising the opportunity to submit entries to win prizes as detailed below. Print and internet advertising will be used to promote the sweepstakes beginning July 1, 2011, through March 31, 2012.

Eligibility: In order to submit entries and be a qualified entrant, individuals must be of at least 21 years of age, as of March 31, 2012, with proof of residency in the 48 contiguous states of the United States or the District of Columbia, residents of Alaska, Hawaii and any U. S territories are not eligible. To be a qualified entrant, entries must provide name, proof of age, residency, telephone number, address and email address. One qualified entrant per household, individuals submitting multiple entries with multiple email addresses or under multiple identities may be disqualified.  Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for J.F. Griffin Publishing, LLC, or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months in one calendar year.

How to enter: Visit the Official Outdoor Gear Give Away Sweepstakes website at www.OutdoorGearGiveaway.com and following all instructions complete the official entry form, on or before March 31, 2012.  To qualify for a monthly prize, your entry must be received prior to the 14^th of the month, during the applicable monthly entry period.

All online sweepstakes entries become the property of J.F. Griffin Publishing, LLC, and promotional sponsors of the sweepstakes. Entries will not be returned and may be used by J.F. Griffin Publishing, LLC, and sweepstakes merchandise sponsors for any purpose and in any media in perpetuity.

How to win: The Grand Prize will be selected in a random drawing conducted from all qualified entries on or about April 13, 2012. Monthly Prize winners will be drawn on our about the 14^th of each month beginning in July 2011 through March 2012.  In the event that any original prize winner does not meet Official Rules or eligibility requirements, or he/she or parent or legal guardian forfeits any prize, J.F. Griffin Publishing, LLC, will award prize to first alternate. The process will continue until all prizes are awarded.

All entries must be received on or before March 31, 2012. The selection will be held the week of 04/09/2012. Decision of the judges and J.F. Griffin Publishing, LLC, is final. The grand Prize and other prize winners will be notified by phone and/or mail/e-mail and must meet all eligibility requirements.

Monthly prizes will be drawn on or about the 15th of each month and entries must be received prior to each drawing to be eligible.

By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by the rules. J.F. Griffin Publishing, LLC, its promotional agents and sweepstakes promotional sponsors are not responsible for illegible, lost, delayed or misdirected mail/e-mail, errors in faxes or shipments, busy phone signals, or incomplete entries.

Prize Drawings: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period, on the 14^th of each month for monthly prizes and on or about April 13, 2012 for the Grand Prize by J.F. Griffin Publishing, LLC whose decisions are final in all matters.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the drawing Prizes: Prizes for the drawing are:

Grand Prize: One (1) Yamaha Grizzly 450 Auto 4x4 EPS Retail Value: $6,899

Other Prizes: 

Ten (10) Surefire G2X Pro Dual-Output LED Flashlights (MSRP per Flashlight: $95)

Four (4) Meopta MeoPro Binoculars 8x42 (MSRP per unit: $529)

One (1):  Excaliber Exocet 200  (MSRP:  $610)

The Prizes are non-transferable. There may be no cash or other substitutions of prizes by winner. However, J.F. Griffin Publishing, LLC, reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual or legal guardian of winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and title costs with respect to entire prize and compliance with all state, federal and local laws regarding the prize.

All winners will be notified by email/mail and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification Form ("the Form") within 10 days of date specified on notification.  Winners not responding or failing to return the Form may be disqualified, and alternate winner will be selected. If notification or Form is returned as undeliverable, the winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing. All taxes and any other incidental expenses on prize are the sole responsibility of winners.

Winners or legal guardian of winners must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification Form ("the Form") that without limitation or exception: a) releases, indemnifies and holds harmless J.F. Griffin Publishing, LLC, any affiliate, subsidiary and successor companies and divisions (including eRegulation.com), and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, members, managers and representatives, advertising agencies and promotional sponsors (collectively the "Releasees") from and against any and all harm, expense, liability or injury that may be sustained relating to or arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use or misuse of any prize; b) covenants not to sue the Releasees from any claim arising from use of any prize; c) authorizes the Releasee to use the winners' names, likenesses, photographs, voices and biographical data for any purpose, in any media, unless prohibited by law; d) states under the penalties of perjury that there is no legal impediment to winner receiving the prize; and e) such other documents (including without limitation tax reporting documents) that J.F. Griffin Publishing, LLC, or any sponsor may require, in its sole discretion, to be executed concerning any prize.

Prizes will not be released until J.F. Griffin Publishing, LLC, receives all required documents and the winners comply with all applicable state, federal and local laws regarding acceptance, delivery, possession and ownership of the prizes. Failure of prize winners to return the Forms within the required timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of any prizes and all such prizes shall be awarded to an alternate winner. In the event of prize forfeiture, the winner or legal guardian of the winner forfeiting prize will sign a Prize Forfeit Form and return to J.F. Griffin Publishing, LLC, within ten (10) days of receiving the Form.

Unforeseen Events: J.F. Griffin Publishing reserves the right to change this sweepstakes at its sole discretion at any time that J.F. Griffin Publishing, LLC, become aware of any circumstances or occurrence which would materially affect the sweepstakes security or fairness. J.F. Griffin Publishing, LLC, reserves the right to announce any sweepstakes rules changes over the air, in print or posters. J.F. Griffin Publishing, LLC, is not responsible for the inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason.

List of Winners: For a copy of winner list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: J.F. Griffin Publishing, LLC, 430 Main Street, Suite 5, Williamstown, MA. 01267.
